• Want more information about the programs? Click the >View Details  button on each class to learn more about it!

• Programs may be in a strange order - Use the Find programs Search function on the left hand side of the page to show you the classes for the age of your athlete!

  • Category will give you broad groupings (active start is for athletes 1-6 Years old, CanGym is our Women's program Ages 6+, All other programs are unisex for athletes 6+ unless specified)
  • Category Levels will give you the levels within the Categories! - Each level will have the age to make it easier for you to find the age grouping you are looking for!
• Not sure what to register for? Register according to the age they will be at the start of the class!
• Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
